Faculty of Arts

It is with great delight that I welcome you to the Faculty of Arts website, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria. The Faculty is in effect a Faculty of Humanities, and it houses seven Departments offering ten degree programmes altogether.  The fundamental objective of those programmes is to develop vibrant, thinking, and creative minds that will be agents of change in the drive to develop our country to a respectably high position. The purpose of the Faculty is to engage in cutting-edge research adapted to our peculiar situation and environment, thereby enriching global research in our individual areas or disciplines. Thank you for visiting us and come along as I introduce you to individual Departments in the Faculty.
